Overview:
Worried about buying a car because of depreciation over time? According to statistics, a car loses 10% of its value after being driven off the lot and an additional 15-25% per year. When you purchase a car like this, you can drive it, enjoy it, and actually make money over time as these cars appreciate in value every year. The 1969 Camaro is arguably the most iconic and sought after model of the GM F-Body being that it's a unique one-year design. Because they are getting harder and harder to find that underwent a beautiful restoration like this one, the value climbs up especially as more and more people look to buy one. Don't miss out on an opportunity like this to purchase such a great investment for No Reserve!
We are the 'Name Your Price Tool' of the classic car industry. SO DON'T MISS OUT!
The Chevrolet Camaro is an automobile manufactured by General Motors under the Chevrolet brand, classified as a pony car, and some versions also as a muscle car. It went on sale on September 29, 1966, for the 1967 model year and was designed as a competing model to the Ford Mustang. The car shared its platform and major components with the Pontiac Firebird, also introduced for 1967.
First-generation Camaro debuted on a new rear-wheel drive GM F-body platform and would be available as a 2-door, 2+2 seating, coupe or convertible with a choice of 250ci inline-6 and 302ci, 307ci, 327ci, 350ci, or 396ci V8 powerplants. The Camaro was touted as having the same conventional rear-drive, front-engine configuration as Mustang and Chevy Nova. In addition, the Camaro was designed to fit a variety of power plants in the engine bay. The first-generation Camaro would last until the 1969 model year.
ORIGINAL 124 V8 1969 CAMARO
Code 76 B - Daytona Yellow with Black Vinyl Top
Ever dreamed of owning a cool classic muscle car that almost feels like you were put in a time machine back 50 years? Well you're in luck becauseNo Reserve Classicsis listing this beautiful and very highly optioned 1969 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS 468for a NO-RESERVE auction that does just that! We would call this car a great sleeper due to the fact that it has almost a factory appearance but under the hood is one tough drivetrain that has much more power than most other cars on the street. This is the perfect choice for that individual who wants a highly-collectible car to bring to car shows with the family or to even add to an existing collection. What you see here is the epitome of a beautiful restoration with a very fine attention to detail. Cars like this do not show up everyday so it would be very wise to keep reading below to see how this car separates itself from the rest that are currently on the market.
As you can see in the photo above, this Camaro was documented over the many years of ownership with extensive amounts of service records, replacement parts/accessories, and even gas receipts with many dating back to the early 90's! Also present with the documents is a title dating back to the late 80's with a odometer reading of 62,000 which indicates this car's mileage is truly documented. Clearly this car was not abandoned in a field and left to rot, the previous owners recognized the true value of the car and knew they had to properly store and take care of it. How many cars are out there on the market at NO-RESERVE that you can say that about? Not many!

Under the Hood:
- Engine compartment just underwent an extensive detail with many new parts and accessories. Entire engine bay was sanded down, degreased, cleaned, and painted semi-gloss black for fresh and a clean, factory look. The engine itself was painted the correct Chevy Orange and the Intake/Water Neck was painted Flat Silver.
- High-Heat Paint was used to withstand the higher temperatures that the engine emits.
- This car is powered by an Earth-Shattering 468 Big Block Chevy that was just tuned up and starts right up with ease and has a ton of power!
- Engine is equipped with a high performance Holley 4779 750 CFM Double Pump 4-Barrel Carburetor with choke delete for quick and crisp throttle response and increased horsepower!
- Built with a Comp Cam's Magnum Mechanical Flat Tappet Camshaft with the following specifications:
- Part No: 11-217-4
- Valve Lift: .530/.530"
- Duration: 224/224° @ .050" Lift
- Lobe Separation: 110°
- Solid Lifter Construction
- Overall a great Cam kit for everyday driving!
- Because this entire car including the engine bay has a very factory looking appearance, it can be said this car is a true sleeper as it has much more power than it would've ever come with from the factory.
- Car is backed by a Muncie 4-Speed Manual Transmission that is built tough and sends your Big Block Power to the wheels without hesitation.
- Power Disc Brake Systemwith factory-style Delco-Moraine Stamped 9" Cad-Plated Booster Assembly that stops this Camaro right on the money!

- Allheadlights, turn signals, hazards, brake lights, and tail lights are fully functioning!!
- For those of you understand classic cars, it is very rare to come across a car with all lights properly working due to the fact that over a span of 50 years, wiring gets chewed up, melted, or just easily pulled apart. This causes not only certain electrical parts to stop working but can also become a fire hazard if not taken care of!

- Rear Multi-Leaf Spring Suspension that glides smoothly across today's bumpy roads yet still keeps this car tight around corners.
- Blowproof Transmission Bellhousing
- 2.5" Flowmaster H-Pipe Crossover Dual Exhaust System that gives this car that raw and classic V8 American rumble that everyone loves
- Suspension was upgraded with custom subframe connectors.
- This was not something you found from the factory and quite honestly it should have been included on their higher horsepower packages. Due to the fact that these cars were not produced as full-frame cars like the A-Bodies were, the weak point on a Camaro was the space between the end of the front subframe and the rear suspension.Running high horsepower/torque numbers can cause massive body flex which can in turn cause a structural integrity issue.
- This '69 Camaro in particular was upgraded with subframe connectors (which you can see in the photos below) to allow this car to properly handle the power of its Earth-Shattering 468 Big Block.
- Driveshaft was serviced with Spicer 1310 Series Universal Joints to keep this drivetrain up to par.
- Fuel Tank was painted a nice flat silver and mounting straps were redone in semi-gloss black!
- Trunk was painted the correct style spatter paint for a clean, fresh, and factory look.
- In the trunk you will find a factory spare wheel with a Goodyear White Line Tire!
- Date-Correct GM 12-Bolt Posi Rear End with the following specifications:
- Ring Gear: 3862691 (43 Ring Gear Teeth)
- Pinion Gear: 14 Teeth
- Differential Carrier: 30140P Positraction Unit
- Rear Assembly: BL1007G
- The 12 Bolt Rear End was arguably the strongest and best rear end ever produced from GM as it contained a very large 8.875" Ring Gear which allowed better surface area contact from the pinion teeth. It also was built with a much larger pinion shaft diameter than the 8.2" 10 Bolt and came from the factory with 30 Spline Axles as opposed to the 10 Bolt's 28 Spline Axles.
Takeaway:To briefly sum this car up, this '69 Camaro is the quintessential Classic American Muscle Car that you've been looking for. Whether you have a collection that you want to add this car to or even take it out and drive it every beautiful day possible, you bet this highly optioned Camaro can do just that! Not to mention newer modern cars just can't compete with the gulping sound this Ground Thumping 468 Big Block Chevy V8 makes!
We encourage any potential buyers to please visit this car (if possible) as seeing it in a picture is just not going to do this car justice. Please understand that this car was not a frame-off restoration done yesterday and may have some imperfections. As with all classic cars, it may need a few odds and ends down the road as you begin to drive it more often but we would still be very proud to drive this car every day and know for sure you would be too.
