Description
This is a 1976 Chevy Vega that my Uncle owned before he passed away, so I don't have much info about when the last time anything was done to it. I apologize for that, but please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.This is unit 2251 of 3508 per the plaque on the dash.
I have test driven it on a highway and nothing sounds out of place.
I assume it's the original clutch and it shifts gears as well as you would expect. It's only a 4-speed transmission so the RPM gets pretty high even at 60-70 MPH so I haven't pushed it any further than that.The gauges, lights, wipers, windows, radio, and seat belts work as expected. I don't think the AC works.
The car is in fair condition and is all original (except the hood and driver-side door). This is ideal for a project car if you don't need/want to start from scratch. The car runs but needs a tune-up as it struggles initially to turn over. Only minor dents and scratches.
The car comes with a jack, replacement black hood and the old, already replaced red driver-side door. I also have the Title in hand.
