Car description |
---|
Numbers matching 327. The number stamped in block matches the VINColumn shift powerglideRuns and drives. Smokes and pops back through intake under a load. Has good compression. I'm assuming the oil rings are bad and it has a flat exhaust lobe
Car is very complete, trim and emblems are here, interior is complete and in decent shape
Rusty panels: fenders, doors, rockers, deck lid, tail panel and quartersSolid panels: floor, trunk floor, roof, cowl, firewall, inner fenders
A lot of shoddy body work was done in the past, so it looks worse than it is. It's hard to find a 69 Camaro project that doesn't need all of the same metal, or more.
New Cooper Cobra 235/60/15 tires on steel wheels
Comes with a good core support, rear bumper, and a new grill
I was planning to overhaul the engine and drive it as is while I finish some other projects.
I'm planning to buy a better 68 Camaro than the one I've got, so I'm looking to sell this to put that money towards a 68. If someone with a 68 wants to trade, we could discuss working something out
