1949 Chevy truck. short bed, 3 on the tree

1949 Chevy Short-bed Barn find. Good patine for rat or restorable. In line 6 with 3on the tree, single front door glass. Truck has been sitting in garage for years. Was told drive till parked. Started right up and ran on carb clean. Have title and odometer reads 20474. Tires hold air but are dry rotted. Don’t have the key, seems to be all original but sum one has tired to fix the wiring in the past. All glass good but left door glass is cracked. Windows go up and down. Frame looks good. The floor, front aprons and cab corners have rust holes. Clutch has pressure but brake pedal goes to the floor.
