1981 Chevy Van G10 Long Wheelbase

Vintage cargo van for sale, original straight 6 engine and turbo 350 automatic transmission, trans was rebuilt at 105000 miles, was a drycleaning company delivery van before my dad bought it in 1985, have his bill of sale from the dealer for $4900 used, he sold it to me early 2000's. Was no longer using it.
Van has P/S, P/B, no A/C no radio. Engine runs good, uses no oil, carb should be overhauled from sitting but does run.
It has had no hard use. No trailer hitch.After dad sold to me, I found I wasn't using it much, so I sold it to a friend who used it occasionally to haul DJ equipment, he put about 7000 miles on it in less than 10 years, then sold it back to me when he got out of the business early 2017. Sliding cargo door replaced about 10 years ago, southern door. Body does have some rot, see pics, been patched by previous owner and repainted, should be stripped and redone to be right.
Regular oil changes/maintenance have always done, have receipts, the van does run and drives, but will not pass NYS inspection, the front crossmember/engine craddle needs welding or replacement, this is a bolt in part. See pics.
A couple spots on passenger side unibody frame channel also need some metal replaced too, but not as critical. Floor is sound but has surface rust under. Exterior panels need repair or replacement, but are all readily available and not expensive. Front fenders replaced a few years ago.
I don't have time to do this right so I am selling as parts only or as a repairable vehicle.
Has new tires from early 2017, vehicle has been stored out of the weather.
