This beautiful Bubble Top is very original and drives great. It includes its original numbers matching 283 cubic inch motor. It also sports the Powerglide Automatic Transmission. This beautiful Impala was built in Los Angeles. It sold new in Bend Oregon and resided in the Oregon high desert until 1999. Since then it has been garaged and driven when dry in Portland Oregon. It has its original floor pans and trunk. It has a totally original underside with light original undercoating. The body on this beautiful Impala is solid and looks great. The gaps are very good and the paint is a beautiful Honduras Maroon (which is its original color). the paint is consistent and not faded. It has some bubbles behind the rear tires. The interior is in very good condition. it is comfortable. with no rips or stains. It was redone in the 80’s and is still very nice. It includes custom wheels; the tires are in good condition also. I will include the original wheels too. The original chrome and molding are in good condition. It includes the original glass which is very nice with no chips or cracks. This classic is loaded with desirable options which include Power Steering. Power Brakes. dual mirrors and a push button radio with a rear speaker. It includes a Shop Manual for this 1961 Impala. This car can be driven anywhere. The car was recently serviced to ensure mechanical excellence. The motor. transmission have been rebuilt and this car is one of the smoothest running and driving classics you will ever experience. This car truly runs as great as it looks.
