1977 Chevy El Camino with 1988 Z28 Tuneport EFI motor. with the 700r4 transmission. This is a California Car (the reason for the EFI motor) passes smog with no problem. no rust. I have owned this truck For eight years and I have put over $19. 00 in it not including labor. I'm selling my car because I am retired and just downsize to a retirement community. the car will not fit into my garage and I've almost completed the restoration (except for paint). And I don't want to leave it on the street. What I've done! Installed a 1988 Z28 TPI motor and 700 R4 trans. Installed disc brakes on the rear and a CPP MCPV1 Master Cyl. Installed all new gauges (Auto Meter-stage III speedometer. tachometer. fuel. amp. fuel pressureoil pressure. and Volt gauge. Had front seat reupholster. Replace front and rear springs new. Front shocks new. replace rear shocks with Gabriel hijackers. Replace driver and passenger door and window seals. Replaced all bushings. a arms upper and lower. rear torsion bars. Upper & Lower ball joint. inner and outer wheel bearing. Had the truck bed Rhino coated. . And custom-made cargo hold down that installed inside the bedalso put two drain holes (three-quarter inch diameter in the front right and left corner of the bed. Installed a B & M. Converter lockup control. K& M air filter. Installed 2 Spal fans and electronic controller. Replace condensing coil new. New compressor. new filter dryer. 134A RefrigerantI have the complete cruise control set up (steering column is already set up for it). Just haven't got it installed yet. I have receipts for all of this and more. Front tires are Bridgestone P245/60 R14 Mounted on Centerline wheels. Approximately 50% tread Rear tires are Bridgestone P2 55/60 R15 Mounted on Centerline wheels Approximately 90% tread What needs to be done. Paint. & some body work!Just moved from Fontana to Calimesa (60 mile round-trip) and I put 4500 miles on this vehicle in four months with no problems!.
