Car description |

As you may already know, Mississippi was not a titling state until 1966. With that said, this truck will come with a bill of sale for now. The title application is pending and should arrive by end of auction.
This is a 1936 Chevrolet P/U with an older restoration to a hot rod. This truck has a 355 engine with a TH350 transmission. The engine has an Edelbrock aluminum intake and a Holley 4BBL carburetor with cast iron heads. It is cooled by an aluminum radiator with a 16" electric fan. I did not build this truck so I do not know what size cam was used, but it hits hard. The body is 95% metal with the rear fenders being the only fiberglass on this truck. It is setting on a S10 frame with American Racing Torq Thrust wheels on all 4 corners, 17x9.5 on rear 17x8 on front. It has manual R&P steering with a close ratio steering box. This makes it very easy to steer and Mustang II front end. The transmission shifter is a B&M but it also comes with a 23" vintage style Lokar shifter still in the box. The brakes are power with disc on the front. The rear end is a 10 bolt positive traction with around 3.42:1 ratio. The front and rear also has anti sway bars. It has an aluminum fuel cell mounted in the back.
The interior is tan leather with 3 point safety belts, with cup holders. The windshield wiper has been converted from vacuum to electric. The tilt steering column is brushed aluminum. The radio/CD player is mounted under the dash. The speakers are mounted in the kick panels. All of the glass and electrical system operate perfectly. I also have a pair of metal hood louvers that will be included.
The paint looks great, but showing a few signs of age. However, it is basecoat/clearcoat and has a lot of eye appeal. There is a wood bed over the factory metal. I will also let a set of chromed stainless wood bed divider strips, also still in the box, go with this as well.
I am sure that I am leaving a lot out, but if you have any questions or would like to discuss a reasonable offer before reserve is met, call Scotty at 601-754-1794. I also have and get you a video or additional pictures per request. I am a highly motivated seller, and would appreciate serious inquiries only.
