1970 K5 Blazer Original 2WD - ONLY 1 of 985 - SEMA Vehicle - Truckn Mag. Cover

This is an original C5 Blazer 2wd, completely restored from the ground up, and built for the 2016 SEMA show. this blazer was also featured on the cover of Truckn Magazine February 2018!

1970 is the first year the K5 blazer was offered in 2wd and only 985 were made, this is 1 of 985!

PorterBuilt front and rear dropmembers with Crown Suspension drop spindles and 14" Wilwood Aero brakes with 6 piston front and 4 piston rear calipers.

Aluminum Boyd welding gas tank at the rear of the truck with the fill inside the bed.

Factory restored and powder coated front seat frames with new foam and distressed leather.

Custom rear seat fitted in front of the raised rear floor. Also covered in distressed brown leather to match the front seats.

German Square weave carpet through out the front interior floor.

The rear bed floor has been covered with a custom multi wood and width floor and aluminum bed strips.

Body was stripped down to metal and all body rot and dented panels have been fixed or replaced.

Painted a factory 1976 Chevy blue and frost white inside and out. Inner panels are all semi gloss to give a contrast.

The front clip has been replaced to a 1968 model including fenders, hood, bumper and grill.

To match the 1968 front clip a custom molding from Mar K was installed.

The motor is a LS2 6.0 completely rebuilt with a Holley accessory drive.

Wheels are Raceline Challenger billet wheels. 22x9 front and 24x12 rear.

Airide management is a full Accuair e-level with Ride tech and firestone bags.

The top has been smoothed and also painted frost white.

All weather striping, door molding and window seals are precision replacement.
