Completely Restored!

This car was in CA it's whole life so it started as a real clean car to restore. The car was in the Stockton area until 2000 when it was restored. The car was restored in Reno, everything to original specs from everything I saw.

The body is very straight, there was reportedly no rust to repair during the restoration. The car spent about 2 years being restored and has only logged 136 miles since 2003. The paint is beautiful, everything has been replated on the handles, bumpers and grill surround. There is a small imperfection on the lower RH side of the grill surround that is noticeable upon close inspection. All of the wood was replaced during the restoration. The top is excellent as is all the glass.

The interior is perfect, it has virtually no wear since restoration. No detail was overlooked.

The engine and transmission were gone through and it runs and drives as it was designed to. This was a frame off restoration so every bit of the steering, suspension and brake system was restored.

I think the car is pretty close to Concours quality, it surely needs nothing to be shown and enjoyed. There are a many pictures as well as a complete set of video tapes documenting the restoration. The original owners manual, repair manual, several vintage maps, old registrations from the original owner and some other paperwork is included. It has a car cover included.

There is no Buy-It-Now, you can make an offer if you like and I'll present it to the owner. I welcome inspections, the car is located in Sanger, CA (about 10 miles E of Fresno) and can be viewed by appointment. The owner of the car has no interest in trades at this time. The winning bidder will receive a Clean California title, clear of any liens with the car. I can assist with arranging shipping to your location or make recommendations for shipping, of course it can be picked up in person after we have received funds. It does run, move, brake and steer for transport information. Thank you.

Terms and Conditions Of The Auction

The winning bidder agrees to provide an immediate $500 deposit via PayPal, too many auctions have ended with non paying bidders unfortunately. The balance is due within 7 days but if you need a little more time to arrange something you can call me. The balance is to be paid through a bank transfer to eliminate any delays for shipping. Please don't bid if your funds are not readily available, if you are applying for a loan please give the bank ample time for an inspection.

The auction is to purchase a car, the winning bidder is entering a contract to purchase this car and not to look it over after the purchase, please arrange any inspections before auction end. Please ask all questions necessary to make a decision before auction end.

If we arrange transportation for the vehicle, open or enclosed, the buyer pays for the shipping.

While every effort is made to provide complete and accurate information regarding each vehicle being auctioned, bidders are advised to rely upon their own research. I personally look at these vehicles and write these auction listings, I also gather as much information from the car owner. The above description is as I see the car, it may differ from your opinion. I have over 35 years of experience but as you, I am human and it is possible for me to miss something. PLEASE ASK, your questions will be answered and if I don't know I will find out.

The car is listed locally and we reserve the right to cancel the auction at any time should this vehicle be sold before auction ending time, before the reserve has been met and shall not be held responsible or liable for such cancellation. No auction will ended early once the reserve has been met.
