1993 Chevrolet Suburban 1500

Up for sale is my '93 burb. It has served me well throughout the years, and it was very reliable up to the point when I had it parked for a few months. Every time I have had it parked, it would deteriorate even more. This has the Silverado trim package. It is also the first year for the 4L60E transmission. The 350 TBI (5.7) is original to my knowledge but is getting tired.
Good: tires, 15 inch 454SS wheels, heater core and hoses, shocks, brakes, fuel pump, water pump, serpentine belt, tensioner, 16" electric fan all have been replaced in the last 3 years. All power windows and locks work. TBI unit has been rebuilt. Has aftermarket keyless alarm that works. Kenwood CD player and speakers work good. Horn is functional. I have the 3rd row seat. Yes it runs but bring a trailer!! Transmission replaced with lower mileage unit from junkyard. New ujoints. New ring and pinion, bearings, and axle seals. New master cylinder. Has receiver hitch and 4 wire harness. New brake light switch. Good straight frame and body, free from any accidents (quarter panels dented from tire blowouts). 4 captains chairs with removable 3rd row bench. Roof rack is still there. All lights work as they should.
Bad: Seats, carpet, and headliner need replacement. Radiator leaks. Seat belt on front pass side needs repair. Front end needs to be rebuilt (upper/lower control arms, ball joints, tie rods.) Engine runs, but will need a rebuild. Surface rust on roof. ABS is disconnected but brakes work good otherwise. Missing center consoles between seats and on headliner. Paint was done by a conversion company and is peeling. Missing trim pieces under steering wheel. Missing fuse box cover.
I am going to lose a lot of $$$ on this vehicle, and will be selling it as is with no warranty or guarantee written or implied. It's been a money pit for me and I think the best thing to do is to part ways with it before the wife finds out I'm keeping it.
