Here is a restorable running and driving 70 C-10 shortbox.
The engine - 350 4 bolt main with 4 barrel carb and headers. Code TJY = 73 truck block. Runs good.
Transmission - Turbo 350 3 speed automatic. Looks like it could be the original unit. Shifts perfect with no problems.
Rear end is the original 12 bolt 3.73 gears. Quiet and smooth.
Electrical - All gauges and lights work. Even the heater and wipers work! The horn has a seperate button under the dash. The radio/CD player is not currently hooked up (no speakers in the truck)
Front suspension - Looks like all the tie rods, pittman arm, idler arm and steering gearbox were replaced at one time not too long ago.
The Body - The good news is there is no bondo/previous rust repairs/hidden damage. What you see is what you get. An honest truck. The best news is that there is no rust in the roof, A pillars, above windshield, firewall or door jambs. That means this truck is restoreable. However there is a little bit in the inner roof panel as shown in pics. Of course it needs rocker panels and cab corners etc. The passenger side rocker is fairly solid but it has dents as pictured. The floor pans are good except near the ends where they meet the rockers and one small spot on the passenger side forward (see pics). Previous owner installed aluminum patches in floors with screws.I have been driving this truck around town for a few months with no issues but before taking it on a road trip I would recommend replacing the hoses and tires etc. They look old. But the radiator looks fairly new.

- I have too many toys and not enough space or time so I am letting this one go. This was a Georgia farm truck so the 43k odometer reading could be correct but I have no way of knowing for sure. I have a clear Florida title in my name. This truck will sell to the highest bidder. PLEASE BE SURE YOU ARE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION BEFORE YOU PLACE A BID. THANK YOU!

Sorry I almost forgot to mention if you have 0% feedback you have to contact me first or your bid may be cancelled. So many people bid on vehicles and dont pay for them. I will never understand the reason for this but thats the way it is here on Ebay... Sad but true.
