If you are looking for a perfect, 100 percent bone stock, all original truck...THIS IS NOT IT! However, if you are looking for a great truck which is affordable, everybody loves, that you can load your cooler of beer and a bunch of girls into while blasting some Hank III (or a bunch of wine coolers and one girl while softly listening to some love songs. I don't know where your priorities lie. Either way there are coolers and girls involved), THIS IS A KILLER TRUCK! It is a 1972 Chevrolet Stepside Shortbed 4x4 truck that is ready to have some fun. It is a California/Arizona truck that has had a professional conversion done to now have the truck sit on a Blazer frame. It is slightly shorter that a stock Shortbed but the Giant Tonka Toy look is why everybody likes it. Some people don't even notice but, obviously, if you know old Chevy trucks it's not difficult to tell. The truck runs very well. It is powered by a strong running small block Chevy 350 mated to a four speed manual transmission. It runs strong and has plenty of power. It drives well. The truck has power steering and power brakes. It has a new battery, new alternator, new wiring harness, and new rear mounted gas tank. The body is solid. The paint looks good for a driver. Some minor bubbles on the rockers but nothing big and nothing structural. The floorboards and frame are solid. New 35 inch tires mounted on Alcoa look wheels. I also have an additional used 35 mounted on a different wheel that is included. The interior is in good condition. The tan seat is nice, as is the dashpad. The stock door panels have some scratches as they all seem to have. Aftermarket CD stereo that sounds great. I do not have a tailgate for it. Sliding rear window. This is a great running, great looking truck that is perfect for heading up to the mountains or just cruising the beach for about half of what a stock one would cost and you can have a lot more fun! Clean, clear CA title with current registration. Never needs to be smogged.I do not think you will find a better one for the money.
