Everything looks quite nice under the hood with the bold block, ribbed valve covers, and bright air topper. You might have also noticed on that air topper that it has a 327 callout. That keeps this '64 looking period-correct, but this one is actually hiding a secret. The small block is really a larger 350 V8 that has been bored .30 over. Plus, it has been topped with a four-barrel carburetor and rebuilt for performance. Now the consignor estimated this is a 325 hp powerhouse. Not only does this coupe have extra muscle, but it also has a fiercer growl thanks to the side pipe exhaust.
