This 1988 Chevrolet Suburban R20 Silverado has 53,000 miles and is rust free. The Suburban is the longest continual nameplate in production in the world starting with the 1935 model year and continuing to this day. Over all the years, the suburban was presented in many forms, but at the root of each model was utility. This particular example is a 2wd with the upscale Silverado trim and features a 454ci 7.4L V8 and an automatic 4 speed HD transmission. It is equipped with a towing package. It has a heavy duty radiator, oil cooler, transmission cooler, auxiliary cooling fan, 40 gallon fuel capacity, heavy duty front stabilizer, front disc brake, tilt steering wheel, 13" rear drum brakes, air conditioning, power rear window, power door locks and hitch. I took a few pictures of the inner wheel wells and frame to show the lack of rust.
