1951 Chevrolet 3100 Original Survivor PickupUp for bid is a 1951 Chevrolet 3100 (1/2 ton Short box) pickup. The body is in great shape showing no signs of previous body work or patch jobs. The lower cab corners have a small amount of rust as well as the front floor toeboards. Cab has new glass and rubbers, new window regulators and door handle relays (Passenger door needs assembled) . Dash has not been cut up and has original paint. Speedometer housing is missing the face plate. It had different seats installed before but those were taken out and it will come with an original seat frame. New gas tank and lines installed. Doors open and close nice with good gaps. The bed has a small amount of rust where the floor rails sit against the box sides.All fenders are solid. Driver rear has a crease that could be massaged out. Tailgate is off a green truck but in good shape. The wood floor was replaced some time ago and is aging. Grille and bumpers are straight. Drivetrain is all original equipment. The 235 Straight 6 was gone through and the head rebuilt. Transmission is the original 3 speed manual. Has new wiring also. Original radiator.
