1961 biscayne barn find, parts or replair

this cars in rough shape and needs a full restore.
its complete missing only a few center caps and 1 rear bumper end.
it parking lot drives, shifts and stops but that's all.
283 with an HEI distributor with MSD wires (factory parts included)
i jumped the starter with a remote switch and it fires right up.
drivers front door will not close, passenger front door will not latch
window tracks all need work
the trunk pan is rusted out, floors are soft, rockers are soft, fronts of fenders have been repaired at some point
car needs a full restore or go for the rat rod patina look or use it for parts!
