Car description |

A beautiful example and voice for some classic American muscle. She was an occasional weekend driver for me, I never drove her in winter, and she received plenty of TLC. The heat shielded side-pipes & headers were recently installed to give her a little extra breathing room and add some oomph. The rear suspension has been rebuilt, new brake calipers and pads added, new front tires, and electrical work done (receipts on hand). She was repainted by previous owner (the original color was blue) and some cracks and bubbling can be seen on close inspection.
The engine has proven to be bulletproof, as with most 350 small blocks and is numbers matching. New black carpeting was installed this year, but the original door panels and dash board are still a light blue. I was in the process of changing the interior to all black - there isn't much left to be changed. She has received high praise from the mechanics who rebuilt the suspension and fixed up the wiring - she fires up right away and drives strong. I hate to see her go, but having just moved up to Maine it was time to get a car more practical for the winters.
