1971 Chevrolet Camaro SS Rally Sport Pro Street with 396/Turbo 400
For sale by original owner (bought new in 1971), built into pro-street in late 80s/early 90s. Owner lost interest near completion and moved on to other projects. Car then sat in storage for many years. Car recently brought out of storage, gone over and tuned. This Camaro is in nice condition. It was driven 15 miles the other day without any problems. -found and will include a brand new limited slip for the Ford 9" rear.-also have some original paperwork and owners manual to go with the car-Car is an original SS 350 RS that my father purchased new when he worked for GM. It was first used at his plant for quality control tests (gear & axle plant) before he purchased it.-The crack at the hood/scoop seam would be easily covered (after repair) by SS/Z28 stripes if you chose to add them.-The nose piece is an original GM endurance part, not aftermarket fiberglass.
Since a couple people asked: the Camaro was professionally back-halved by Vito Antonicelli Race Cars (Buffalo, NY) when it was built.
