1969 Pro-Street RS SS Z28 Camaro

1969 Z28 CamaroI bought this car just a little over a year ago… have had a great time with it. just wanting to sell and obtain something a little more original – docile. May work trade on restored 69 Z28 or 1970-71 Z28 Additions. modifications since I bought car. Installed new Strange third member with Detroit Locker and 4. 11 Richmond gears. Car had 4. 56 which was a little too steep. Full custom exhaust 3” mandrel bend with flow masters exiting the rear center of car New MT Sportsman Pros on the back New Aluminum radiator and fanNew drive shaft with 1350 universals New customer steering wheel New billet valve covers Seat tracks modified to lower seat height This is not a show car. however. it has been local 6 shows and placed in 5 of them… this is a grade “A” driver that turns heads everywhere. This is a high quality build using only the best parts. Under 1800 miles on drivetrain. I’ve only put about 500 miles on it since purchase. The exterior is an eye catching hugger orange with white stripes. Inside is black all over with leather race seats and 5 point belts. This monster is powered by a 496 cubic inch big block producing an estimated 600hp on pump gas. The power is put to the pavement via a turbo 400 automatic trans backed by a narrowed ford 9 inch rear end with Detroit Locker and 4. 11 gears. It looks. runs. drives. and sounds amazing. It has a nice set of adjustable coil overs in the rear with a latter bar 4 link set up. Car has full back half frame that was done nicely. Half cage with nice carpet covering tubs. The paint is in good condition. the body is laser straight and all steel!!! The interior is as clean as can be and the bucket seats look great. Trans shifts great. and everything works as it should. There are drum brakes in the rear and disc up front. This Camaro does have power steering!!! This is a needs nothing. jump in and cruise vehicle to nearest car show. Car can be very tame or an absolute animal if you wish. It does not leak any fluids. handles great. drives straight. and looks as good as any! The rear tires are 31x18. 5x15 and up front are 165 80R 15s. Car has a 12 gallon fuel cell mounted in the trunk. This car fires up right away every time and is very dependable. Its cruise. show. and joy ride ready. Final tasks I wanted to complete in order to bring car where I wanted it. -Fuel gage -Install speedometer cable I’m sure I am forgetting about something. so do not hesitate to call or email with any questions.
