Car description

1965 CORVAIR MONZA CONVERTIBLE

Up for your consideration and at "NO RESERVE" is this very nice 1965 Corvair Monza Convertible VIN # 105675W194398. This Monza is equipped with GM's 110 HP horizontally opposed 6-cylinder motor mated to a 2 speed automatic Power Glide transmission.

This car is very sharp and gets attention everywhere you take it. Something about the bright red paint matched with the white top and white interior combination just makes a statement and helps this convertible really stand out. Everything on this car operates as it should and the car runs and drives very well.

This Monza does have a few options to mention including a power convertible top, clock, tissue dispenser and mag type wheel covers. Aftermarket options include a dual master cylinder and an electric fuel pump.

This car was part of a long-time Corvair collectors stock out of North Carolina. He has recently had some health issues and has decided to make this car and few other special Corvairs available to the public. We are selling this Monza Convertible at "no reserve" in hopes that this car finds its new owner.

To sum it up, this car is a very attractive collector Corvair that gets all kinds of attention. It's right at home at any parade, fancy dinner night out or cruise in. Just get in and drive it as is without worry of having tens of thousands of dollars tide up in it. Just enjoy and have fun.

Please take a very close look at the many current pictures taken 9/28/17 and feel free to ask all the questions you wish.

This Corvair is being sold by a good friend of mine that has asked for my computer assistance listing it on eBay. For a full detailed description or any questions, please feel free to call Jerry at 864-934-6358 and I'm sure he'll be more than happy to help.
