THIS CAR IS A DRIVER WITH COLD AIR
Please read entire ad, Interesting Story, on where car was generated and details
**I have documentation, a lady bought this car NEW in Hendersonville, North Carolina in July 1967, and she always kept under a carport. (Garages wasn't big back then) She passed away in 1999, at that time the miles were 70,359 it was sold by her family the year of 2000, to a gentleman in Hendersonville, N.C., he took the task or restoring the car (Just to make it look new again) a lot of just cleaning underneath, no replacing anything under the car. Painted the car, back to the factory original Code YY, butternut yellow, Since the engine and transmission only had close to 71,000 miles, there was no need in rebuilding anything, just new gaskets. After being restored, it was sold to a gentleman in Henderson County, North Carolina in 2006, at this time, he added power brakes, dual exhaust, and a classic sound AM/FM radio with rear speaker. After some time of enjoying it, He sold the car to a guy in Cookeville, Tennessee March 2012 with 73,656 miles and that is where the car stayed until now, it is in AMAZING condition. I HAVE the ORIGINAL TITLE, showing her name in 1967, the vehicle inspection sheet from the dealer, the dealer's Bill of Sale and a printout form- from the dealer in 1967 and documents in 1995 where she still owned the Chevelle.
**This is really the car that you hear about, when they say, LADY bought new and didn't drive it that much ... and this is one of those RARE cars. Less than 1600 miles a year. I have a print out of the more detail of the car's work, the guy that restored it, has been restoring Chevelle's for a long time, and he said, he had not seen one as rust FREE as this car. Virtually NO rust.
Description- This is a super nice car, (drive and/or show) it is very slick and pictures doesn't do it justice. Will list some information below. Please read all the ad, RARE car with original sheet metal and the interior. IF you want a ground pounding race car, this is NOT it, BUT, if you want a car to drive, cruise, win shows, cold air, dependable, then this is it.
ENGINE:
Factory original 283- 2 bbl. starts up, choke works great. With the matching, power glide transmission, Drive anywhere you want, how fast you want, and stay cool with no worries.
Engine bay is super clean and very well detailed, underneath is original pans, trunk and are smooth satin, not rough, look at pics, looks like new, NO undercoat, just smooth satin finish, like IT should be
Runs, drives, stops and handles great, drive anywhere.
Speedometer works and shows 78,854 miles, and is accurate on the car
Code N40 factory Power steering, Power brakes, and they work great, you hit the brakes, and you better be ready to stop, there great.
Vintage air, and compressor was painted black to look original but keep all normal controls, and under hood system, this was done in 2012
Added a 6 blade fan to help run cool, and it does with air on.
Converted over to a spin oil filter, no canister type.
Added dual exhaust

EVERYTHING WORKS ON THE CAR, -MUST SEE IN PERSON, ANY inspector would love to talk and write up about the history of this car, so send anyone you want to inspect the car, you will be impressed.
Miles averages out to be less than 1600 a year and everything on the car shows that or better.
You can drive this car home, NO trailer, unless you just didn't want to scratch it or get it dirty. I mean, drive 500+. Just drove a 420 mile trip to and from a car show.
This is NOT the car to Clone up, and put SS badges on just to look like an SS, because it is a very nice, rare car with all original metal and interior, matching drivetrain, documentation. When I say matching numbers, it's everything from, the drivetrain, to the interior, glass, metal, trunk, floor pans, dash cluster, steering wheel, etc.
I have described the car pretty much to a T, I am very picky and this is one very nice car, yea, and not been all modified or cloned up, just like it came in 1967, except wheels. A driver. Gets 25 mpg. Drive it home, or wherever you want.
**IT IS VERY HARD JUST TO FIND A MUSCLE CAR THAT YOU CAN DRIVE AND TO BE DEPENDABLE, NICE, and affordable. This is all that and more. So much stuff out there, once you buy, you have to go and spend tons of money on just to get it road worthy or then even to look nice. Well this is one car, that's needs nothing, look at all pics.
**I WILL Assist with SHIPPING, ONCE THE CAR IS PAID FOR, EITHER YOUR SHIPPER OR I have a guy I use and is very good and picky. And uses an ENCLOSED trailer.
Babied & adult owned, Lingenfelter heads & cam package Cnc ported as well as Wilson intake, 3.90 gear & HD shafts, trans. Etc. I have all Paperwork & DYNO sheet . still gets 27 mpg on HWY...
