Description
1982 Chevy C-10 for sale. NO RESERVE This is a 1982 chevy c10 cab on a 1979 chevy K5 blazer chassis. Runs and drives good, brakes work good. I have been using it as a farm truck I have probably only put 3-400 miles on it since I bought it. When I bought it the owner said that the motor had around 6k miles on it since rebuild (had no paperwork). Has some aftermarket gauges for oil pressure and water temp that both work. Has new alternator, fuel sending unit, and speedo cable.The cab is in real good shape, there is only a couple small spots of rust (see pics). It has new carpet on the floor, bench seat does have some rips in it (see pics) but is in pretty good shape.
What she needs..... It will need new tires soon.
Dash gauges do not work besides the volt meter. Aftermarket gauges for oil pressure and water temp do work. I just put a new fuel sending unit in, believe it's the wire coming from the tank to dash. I replaced the upper speedo cable assuming it needs the lower too.
Truck will need exhaust work, the passenger side donut between the manifold and exhaust pipe came out she's pretty loud.
All in all it's a solid truck, starts right up runs, drives and stops. I had the intentions of cutting a c10 bed to put on the frame but decided to go a different route. I have tried to describe this truck the best I could. It is NOT perfect needs some little things. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Truck has a clear title as a 1982 Chevrolet C10.
