The Good:
The spare tire well, rear tailgate and area, quarter panels, doors, bottoms of fenders, roof, drip rails, grille, drivers rocker and seat frames all appear to be in excellent condition with minimal if any surface rust. The frame appears solid with no visible rust. Appears to be the original 265 V8 engine and automatic transmission. Everything on the dash appears to be intact, complete and original. Appears to have all stainless trim intact and in mostly excellent condition except one or two pieces that are bent. I even have the original air cleaner.
The Bad:
It definitely needs floor pans in the front and back seat area, they are rusted and gone. Passenger side rocker is pretty rusted. Windshield, rear glass and two or three door glass are broken or missing. Curved side glass on both sides is there and nice. I do not know condition of the engine, assume it needs a complete rebuild. Same as the transmission. Interior seats, door panels, headliner, etc all need to be replaced.
This is a very complete car that is definitely restorable. Very odd how the floors rusted but the rest of the car is in better than average condition and the back end is one of the nicest I've ever seen from this year. I'm clearing out the garage for winter and this one is going. I have a clear Colorado title from the second owner. No trades, no help selling it. Car is ready to be picked up now. Is also for sale locally.
