You are looking at a custom build, one of a kind,1941 Chevrolet rat rod on airbags. Front clip is a late model S-10, rearend is also from an S-10. Frame from the front stub back is 2x4 square tubing, Z frame. It is a 4 link with bags all the way around. Every part of this build that is mechanical is basically brand new. Motor is a mild centerbolt 350 with an Edelbrock intake and Holley 600 vacuum secondary 4160 carb, freshly rebuilt and HEI ignition.
It has a Holley electric fuel pump, Holley fuel regulator, electric fans on radiator, 1960ish chevrolet script logo valve covers, new alternator, custom brackets and wing nuts on valve covers give it a really unique look. Motor is a fresh rebuild and probably has less than 200 miles on it. It has had it's first oil change. It has a turbo 350 trans that shifts like it should with no issues at all. Runs down the highway like a dream. New Coker tires and wheels all the way around, new gauges-white faceplates, (tach, oil, water temp, voltage) no speedometer.
Toolbox in the bed houses the Optima battery and switches for the air ride system. Gas tank is the keg behind the driver with sight glass for fuel level. Custom seats with pads, custom skull and rope on the shifter (b&m ratchet I beleive) front windshield only, no other glass, doors are basically skins. Door hinges are held on with old wooden handle screwdrivers, very cool. Radiator is out of an old tractor, keeps car cool with no leaks. New shocks all the way around, air tanks have 150# shutoff switch, brand spanking new rack and pinion, steers like a champ with ease.
I put the lights back on top of the cab as pictured in the second pic and that is how it sits as of right now. First pic is without them. I'm sure there is things I am forgetting, please feel free to email with all questions you may have.
As with most rat rods, this thing turns heads and creates conversation wherever you go. It really is a blast to own and drive. I am only selling it to finance a first or second gen Camaro.
Thank You for looking!!!
