So here we have a 1968 camaro that was a former race car. It has started it's way back to a street car now. The raace motor and trans have been pulled and a very mild 454 was installed with a 350 automatic trans behind it. I have no real info on the motor it was in the car when I got it and seems to be just a simple street motor. The transmission also appears as a stock 350 its shift fine and the fluid is clean. The rear is a dana 60 narrowed with 456 gears so highway friendly it is not. The backhalf is an art morrison rear clip with a 4 bar suspensionset up with coil over rear shocks. The rims and tires are new. The paint is in good shape makes it an eye catcher. The interior is all aluminum and we covered it with black carpet for some sound and heat protection for street use. The fuel cell is mounted in the trunk and the trunk is also all aluminum. The cage is all welded in place as it would need to be for safety at the track. The lights are all now working and all the glass is in the car. It needs some small stuff like rubber door seals and door panels but other than that it's in pretty nice shape. Please check out the pictures ask me what you need to know and I will answer you as fast as possible. If you want to see the car please email me and we can set up something if you want more pictures thats possible also, in other words lt me know what I can do to help you make a descion on the purchase of youe next hot rod! THANKS FOR LOOKING!
