Car description |
---|
I've got too many toys and I'm about to loose my garage space. I own a business and I can take the car to my shop where I have plenty of space to store it but when my guys are moving heavy objects around or not being careful I just don't want this car to get messed up, it's too nice of a car. I just put in a new battery plus when I bought the car it still had the original tires on it. They were showing excessive dry rot so I put on a new set. I was also having troubles with trash in the lines so I sent into a service center that only works on Corvettes, if you have to pay to put in one fuel injector you might as well do all 8 so that is what I did.
You are not seeing things, there is less than 10K original miles on this car. I had planned on getting more involved with my local Corvette club but just never had the time. I did take it to quite a few car shows and it never fails to get attention, especially with the ground graphics that is on this car. It is not a Greenwood although it look similar. This one is made by a company called Eckler's. There is also a custom fit car cover that comes with the purchase.
Rather than this car sitting for yet more years better that it goes to a good home. I have a clear title but the car is not tagged right now. Since I haven't had much time to play with it I cancelled the insurance so I didn't have to keep paying for the tag. I do have a trickle charger on the battery to keep it up plus I start the car every month just to keep the fluids flowing thru it.
There is only a couple thing wrong with this car. First is the headliner on the targa top has separated. It is all there but it hangs down and since I'm a tall guy it touches my head. As a result I just leave the top off as I prefer the car be open much like a convertible. Interior is literally perfect, no cracked dashboard, no rips or tears in either seat, not even a stress crack is forming. The power seat on the passenger side does not work but I see no reason why someone would want to move it forward, not like anyone will be sitting behind you. The only other thing is a little curb rash on one of the rims.
If you have any questions please ask as I am happy to get you an answer. Car must be paid for before it leaves my driveway.
