Car description

If you have been looking for an unmolested factory original Monte Carlo you just found it. 1975 Monte Carlo with only 29. 00 original miles (Documented on title) 350 small block with 2bl carb. automatic trans. power steering. power brakes. Cold AC converted to 134a. Factory AM/FM Radio. New tires. shocks and exhaust. Still have the factory shocks. All new belts and hoses. Full tune up. New heater core and radiator. New AC hoses from classic air designed for 134a (still have the original ones). I replaced all the AC "O" ring seals with 134a "O" rings and flushed out the entire system. I did it the right way. This car sat for most of it's life. My goal was to keep the car as original as possible but also to make it safe and dependable to drive not to be left on the side of the road. I would drive this car anywhere. I replaced all the suspension bushing because they were dry rotted from age. I replaced the factory pancake catalytic converter because they tend to get clogged up over time. I replaced with a high flow one to fit into the factory position. The exhaust system was kind of rusty so I replaced the entire system with reproduction pipes just like the factory system. The car was undercoated so there is no rust ever. all original factory sheet metal. The interior is all original and clean with no stains or rips. In my book it's a 10 for it's age. I had the factory clock converted to quartz because the factory clocks only lasted about a year. It still has the factory AM/FM radio in place. All fluids have been changed. This car runs and rides like a new one with no rattles. The carb. gas tank and fuel system was flushed and cleaned. The paint is original and has a few chips here and there. The original owner told me that the dealer resprayed some of the car in the early part of 1977 due to a factory defect. I did some research and discovered that Chevy did have a problem with paint flaking off for that year model. It has a few dings here and there but to be expected for it's age. I replaced the valve cover gaskets and valve seals. I replaced the water pump for piece of mind (still have the original). This car is not restored but preserved. They are only original once. I have won many awards in the factory original class with this car. Don't need sell but ran out of room for it. Would like to see it go to someone who will keep it original. Clear and clean title on hand. Call or email me with any questions. Email for telephone #. Please don't unless you are sure you want this car. This is not a new car. it's 40 years old. please keep that in mind. You can also see this on You tube under 1975 Monte Carlo update. This is one in a handful in this condition nation wide. Has original owners manual and factory spare tire.
