1948 Chevrolet Dually 2 Ton Pickup for sale.
Body and frame are solid. Clear title and original keys. You are responsible for picking up or arranging delivery.
Haven't started it in a while but it ran great when I had about 8 months ago. It's in my driveway so I go out couple times a week, manually turn the engine over to get the oil circulating and, lube up random bolts with Kroil. Never any leaks from transmission or engine. Transmission Shifts through all gears smoothly. PTU gear turns great as well.
I have all the parts to complete this project but ran out of steam working on it by myself. I am starting grad school and don't have the time and what little cash it will take to get this thing finished. It should take two people that know what they're doing a solid weekend or two and a couple six packs to get this thing back in shape. Brakes havent been bled and linkage to the parking brake needs to be ran.
As these things go sometimes I've got a lot more into it than the asking price. (1500) In tires alone.. I wont bore you with the details of how much it took to have the Hyrdo-Vac rebuilt and the many other items. Lucky for you, almost everything has been done and I need to get rid of it asap.
Most things underneath have either been restored or rebuilt. Here's a list of things I can think of that I have done to it so far.
6 reproduction tires and tubes (new)
Wheels/rims Sand blasted and painted (refurbished)
Drums Refurbished and painted correctly (Refurbished)
Front brake pads (new)

I'm sure there are other things done I cant think to mention but here is a list of parts I have that are ready to put in. (All brand new). I'll try and post photos of all parts. Not all were needed to be replaced but you can put them away in case you need them later.
