Car description |

If you have been searching for one of the best, original, most preferred Color Combination of factory Hugger Orange with White Stripes and fully documented 1969 Camaro Z/28's out there, here it is. 90% of the '69 Camaro's out there have many issues, not original, re-stamped engines, bogus paperwork, paint changes and so on. Not this car.
Jerry MacNeish “IAAA Certified” as original Hugger Orange, White Stripes, Original Engine, Transmission, Rearend, Original Trim Tag, and GM of Canada Paperwork. All Engine Components are correct numbered, dated, and original GM componants. Jerry MacNeish prepared a punchlist when he certified the car for Casey Jones in 2007. After I bought the car in Spring of 2014 items were corrected by Gary Thurlow in Green Bay, WI a Chevelle LS6 and Camaro Restoration Expert.
This car acheived a Concours Gold Certificate and scored 974/1000 points at MCCN Nationals in November 2014 and has been only driven around the block since. The car was inspected by Dru Diesner, Al Morris, and Mike Slaughter noted Camaro judges. After this show additional items were corrected and should bring the car very close to a perfect 1000 point Camaro. This Camaro is ready for the Camaro Nationals.
Fully documented by General Motors of Canada: This documentation is Bullet-Proof, and can be transferred from owner-to-owner. Color combinations and all options are documented on this original paperwork. No options/accessories have been added or deleted.
Options on GM of Canada paperwork: include RPO Z/28, Hugger Orange paint, Black interior, D55 Floor Console, D80 Front and Rear Spoilers, M-21 4-Speed Transmission, G80 3:73 Positraction Rear End, J50 Power Disc Brakes, V31 Bumper Guards, U17 Guage Package, Z21 Exterior Mouldings, Z23 Interior Décor Package, Z28 Special Performance Package, Rare, Original “Flat Hood”.
Complete Rotisserie Restoration: This car has been totally disassembled. The original rust-free body and frame have been completely stripped, and dipped via the e-coating process. Every part is new, rebuilt, and refinished to factory specifications. Every nut and bolt has been carefully documented and re-plated as new. All original chrome has been re-plated and polished. All new LOF glass, and complete Gardner Concourse exhaust system. Original 2-Piece GM Brake Rotors. The original dashboard housing for example has been completely restored and correctly re-chromed as new. Steering wheel professionally restored as-new, Seat Belts restored by Snake-Oil as-new. 1111480 Distributor that was incorrect on MacNeish's report was located, purchased, for $3,000.00. Particular attention has been made during re-assembly to a better than factory fit with the body lines, hood, fenders, doors and trunk lid gaps. With the high quality demand of restoration a multi-year search and collection of NOS parts to satisfy the restoration team. I have a binder with restoration photos and receipts.
I searched for years and paid top dollar for this Camaro, and brought it to a higher level ready for National Show Judging. I have tried to take tons of close-up photos for your inspection.
