1966 Chevy Impala Convertable SS

This was my Dads car, he passed away in April 14. He got this car down in South Carolina or Georgia. Not positive, he did this over 10yrs. He painted this with lacquer about 10yrs. Has very little body work, I know no panels where changed all are original metal. There was NO rot or rust. My dad tried to keep this all original. Still have original radio that stays on our local oldies. Has a 350 from a old Chev, well maintained. I have had the transmission looked at for small leak from sitting and they felt it might be leaking from Power steering . I drive when I can but from upstate NY we dont get much of a summer. This has a power top also. I believe there is a electrical issue since battery dyes after a week of not using. I will try to figure this out, Im sure its a ez fix for most men but not for me. This is a Very Solid Car. I have been around cars for over 45 yrs due to my family. Its just time for this car to be loved like it was when My Dad was here.
