1979 Chevy Monte Carlo G Body Coupe - Restoration Project or Part Out

This was an awesome estate sale purchase. I was planning on doing a full restore, but I've got too many projects going on to focus on this one. 1979 Chevy Monte Carlo G-Body (just like the movie Training Day) Car had not been driven in a few years. Engine starts fine when spraying starting fluid into the carburetor. Presently drives forward but struggles to work in reverse. I just had brand new windshield glass installed, got brand new ignition keys, installed new water pump, new belts, newly rebuilt carb and a few other components installed.
I have close to $4000 in the car at the present time but I'm willing to take a loss as I need to sell it this week.
Primarily needs paint, new fluids, a good tune up and some cosmetic stuff as the dash is cracked, and the interior trim panels could really use replacing. Seats are in very good condition. All components appear to be original.
