Genuine 1965 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu SS built in Oshawa Ontario, Canada. The car was purchased new by a Doctor in Calgary Alberta.

47455 original miles on the car itself.

The car was 98% restored in 1993 and has only 2500 miles on it since the restoration 24 years ago and less than 50 miles since the 396 engine setup.

The car has a newly rebuilt 1965, 396 cu in engine with solid lifters, a mild lift on the cam, new 4 barrel 770 cfm Holley carburetor/aluminum hi rise manifold, MSD electronic distributor, high torque starter, fuel and water pump, tuned hooker headers with new 2 ½ inch Magna Flow stainless exhaust system. A professionally rebuilt Two Speed Power Glide Transmission with a 2,500 rpm stall kit. The car was last registered in 2009 when the big block was installed. There's less than 50 miles on the new engine setup.

This 1965 SS Chevelle with a 1965, 396 block is only missing the 12 bolt differential, 4 Speed Standard and the trunk lid trim kit to be a true "Z 16 CLONE"

As a side note...the owner does also have a rebuilt 1965, 327 cu in small block engine with headers and complete ignition system for this car. But is not included with this sale can be negotiated later with the successful bidder if interested.
