Car description |
---|
Car is overall solid restoration project. This car has Deluxe Interior, Power Top, Console and Gauges, 7000 RPM Tach, Rear SeatSpeaker, Power Windows, Power Steering and Brakes, Tilt Steering, Emerald Turquoise and WhiteConvertible Top & Tinted Glass. The Rear Bumper Guards are all correct for this car but are missing. See the picture of the cowl tag to verify all options. Car does have the RS appearance pack.
Car was issued a new VIN# with the tag riveted on abovethe original by the state of Florida. I suspect that is why thehideaway headlight parts are missing. TheMichigantitle registered to me is clean and non salvage and close inspection of the body shelldoesn't show collision damage. I have no answer for the new vin tag. Previous owner purchased the car this way and does not know the reason either.
The areas of this car that really count are very solid. It will need drivers front floor pan, right quarter, right inner wheel house. After disassembly and sandblasting other areas will probably be revealed.
The motorisn't the original but the VIN confirms it is a V8. I have driven the car a short distance, But is not road worthy for distance.
It's tough for me to let this one go. Its a great builder. Bid what your willing to pay, and hopefully it will meet reserve. I'm expecting what is your reserve questions which in fairness to all bidders will not be revealed.
Any questions call or text (616)889-9925
