Car description |
---|
The car shows very well and on a scale of 10 I would rate it an 8+. There is no rust anywhere on the car. There are less than 6 paint chips on the car and all are less than a 1/4 inch. I have had this car completely gone over by my mechanic and as stated above the oil is changed every 3-months regardless of mileage. I have personally put less than 1000 miles on the car since acquiring it 2-years ago. I bought it for my son as a college graduation gift and he decided he wanted a truck... This car gets a ton of compliments and has been at 4 car shows in the past year (Not entered) and always draws a number of people looking it over and asking about it.
The car inside is spotless. No rips, tears or blemishes on the seats, carpet is spotless. Trunk of the car is spotless. This would make a great first car for your high school kid or college grad or for someone looking for a great weekend toy! This car could be an every day driver. Before deciding to list it for sale I was thinking about changing to a 4-barrel carb with a new intake (Cost, approximately $400)... The car currently has a 2-barrel carb and if you know anything about 2-barrels they require to be primed 3-4 pumps on the gas peddle. However, once the car is started if you turn it off, she cranks right up with zero effort.
The car has a great growl and is without a doubt one of the great american muscle cars. Plenty of power and get-up and go!!!
