1963 Chevy II

Complete dis-assembly and restoration completed 2006. Heated storage every fall, winter. Rarely driven during spring and summer.

Body Modifications:

-Painted House of Kolor black and cinnamon pearl – silver stipe

-Paint and stripe run full perimeter of car…. thru jambs, engine bay and trunk

-House of Kolor KP2CF epoxy primer base

-House of Kolor UC35 clear coat

-Heidts front suspension w/ disc brakes & power rack and pinion steering

-Aluminum radiator w/ custom fan shroud and overflow tank

-Glasstek fiberglass hood w/ 4” cowl

-Firewall smoothed and painted

-Battery relocated to trunk w/ disconnect switch

-Wiper motor flipped (smoothed) to inside of car

- Black leather bucket front seats w/ new seat belts

-New headliner, carpet, sill plates, door panels and rear seat cover

-Third brake light

-Custom tunnel and front console

-Dash painted to match exterior

-Kenwood stereo, Polk 6x9 rear speakers w/amp

-Tubular, weld-in, unibody stiffeners under car

- 10 bolt GM rear end – 4.11:1 gear - drum brakes in rear, new air shocks

- Trunk lid shaved and smoothed

- New grille, headlight bezels, parking lights, bumpers (front and rear)

-Inside of trunk enclosed w/ removable, painted metal panels

-Rocket racing wheels w/ new BF Goodrich tires

Engine and drivetrain:

• 1967 Chevy 350 ci small block

• Factory iron heads and steel crank

• 11:1 compression – forged pistons

• -Hydraulic cam w/ roller rockers

• -Mallory Uni-lite distributor w/ MSD 6A ignition box

• Edelbrock intake w/ Demon 650 carb – elec. Choke

• Custom, paint matched air cleaner

• Jet hot coated headers w/ full length dual exhaust – Flowmaster 2 stage mufflers

• Serpentine belt drive system from 1988(ish) V8 Camaro

  -New alternator, water pump, power steering pump & AC compressor

• Muncie 4 speed transmission w/ Hurst shifter

• Centerforce street/strip clutch w/ hydraulic throw out bearing
