Seller Comments: I have for sale a very clean above average 1989 Corvette Coupe with 89,796 original miles. The majority of the miles is small town driving. The car was born March 07, 1989 and is 28 years old – averaging 3,207 miles a year. Since retiring 7 years ago, I drive it approximately once a week on weekends. I am the third owner and I have owned it for 19 years. It has been kept in an environmentally controlled garage during my ownership. The paint is original, but has some blimishes. The clear was replaced on the rear spoiler 4–5 years ago. The car is basically all stock. I added the pin stripping, Alpine radio and CD changer, some chrome parts on the motor, chrome Z06 wheels, and some other small additional items. It has been shown in several local car shows and it has won several trophies. Recently, I had a new computer installed and rings replaced to stop an oil drip. Some of the Pros have been mentioned above, now the Cons: needs new weather stripping, carpet has some faded areas, small hole in the driver’s side seat, and digital dash needs work (digital lights work on the left side of the dash, lights are out on the right (tachometer) side of the dash). The only reason for selling my Corvette is to get money to buy another toy. I reserve the right to refuse any offer. This is a pick up only sale.
