Car description |

You are viewing 1968 Chevrolet Camaro convertible. This particular Camaro was featured on the cover of "Chevy Hi Performance Magazine". The article was called "Back to Basics 68' and was written by Ro McGonegal.
The vehicle was originally built by Donald Hardy.
Although this car was restored a few years back I will say its previous owner did a great job pampering this beautiful Orange Convertible. The car has not changed much since being featured on the cover of Chevy Hi Performance Magazine except for the installation of a new Retro Sound stereo system, some added rear seat belts, and a set of 4 new high performance tires.
The paint and body are in excellent condition although you will find a few minor chips/blems upon close inspection from normal ware and tare. The paint shows very well otherwise. The Classic Industries OE style white interior is also in excellent condition. You will also find minimal ware from little use but over all shows very good. All the gauges work as they should and you will also notice a 3 pod gauge cluster mounted below the dash. This has been added for more elaborate read outs on oil pressure, Engine temperature, volt level. While driving I did notice the Speedo will bounce from time to time at slower speeds.
This 1968 Camaro Drives, Performs, Accelerates, Brakes, runs, and sounds exactly how it should.
The magazine article it self is a fun read and mentions some history on the car and its builder.
(I'll be including a copy with the sale of this vehicle)
