1992 Black Rose Corvette LT-1 6 speed
48000 Miles on car,
Power Seats, Bose Gold w/cassette, glass top, fiberglass top, electric HVAC, everything in working condition
Lingenfelter 383 conversion done in 12-1997 at 32280 miles, meaning roughly 15000 miles on motor.
4 bolt main bored .030 over, Lunati 4340 crank with 3.750"stroke, Oliver connecting rods, JE forged pistons, Plasma moly rings, CNC ported cylinder heads, SS valves, double valve springs, Comp cams roller rockers 1:6:1 ratio, Titanium retainers, Comp cams camshaft, 58MM billet throttle body, 26# injectors, Ported and polished plenum, balanced, K&N filter
Lingenfelter work totaled $13320.00
Lingenfelter also installed the Hooker headers, ZR-1 style front brakes, and Aluminum radiator for an additional $2194.00
Fikse 3-Piece modular wheels installed 3-1998 at $3200 with Goodyear GSC tires which are still installed. 17" by 9.5 up front and 17" by 11" in rear.
Also installed are Flowmaster Cat back exhaust, B&M shifter sometime in the past, but I do not have invoices for those.
About 6 months ago I installed new Magnaflow high flow cats (ceramic in one cat broke loose), Iridium plugs, Granatelli Ignition leads (the best you can buy), Bilstein Z51 shocks, GM Opti-spark, new ECM, and stainless brake hoses. At that time I had the car Dyno tuned by Brady's High Performance. In total, I spent about $4450 making this car mechanically perfect. I also installed a new hatch seal.
Total additions total to about $20,000 over the last 15K miles
Currently on the car is the painted roof panel, but the car also comes with a brand new GM glass top that is still in the original packaging from the factory.
Black Rose exterior, black interior
Electric automatic AC, dual power seats, 6 speed manual, Bose Gold stereo, power antenna that works, door sill plates (newer), soft garage car cover, paperwork, original shifter.
Everything mechanically works great, just had it looked over at Chevy dealer this week when I got the oil changed.
Couple of things that I haven't gotten to yet. 1.Drivers window got something stuck in it before I bought it and scratched the window as it went down. 2.Tires are just old, and probably should be replaced at some point in near future, they have good tread, but that model of Goodyear tire hasn't been made for 15 or so years 3.There is a little chunk of seal out of targa tops seal (does not leak or make noise, just looks bad) 4.As with any older car, there are some little stone chips here and there, one small slight scratch about 3/4 inch long. I know its on the car, but I actually couldn't find it the other day to list where its at.... A little spider webbing on license plate cover on front at the top right corner.
