1986 Chevrolet C-10 Silverado Shortbed Stepside. It is rust and dent free and with no Bondo. The paint has some chips from age, but still looks good. The front brakes have been replaced with ceramic pads, new gas shocks, and DJM 2 1/2" drop spindles. The rear brakes have been replaced with new shoes and wheel cylinders and axle seals. New gas shocks. The 5.0 engine has been upgraded to a 5.7 with the following new parts. Engine has been bored .30 oversize and deck has been trued. It has a GM forged crank with standard journals and one piece rear main seal, pro comp forged rods, probe forged flat top pistons, Lunati hydraulic roller cam, Coloyes roller adjustable timing set, Procomp roller rocker arms, premium King bearings, 72 cc aluminum heads, standard high flow oil pump. Block work and balancing of the rotating assembly was done at Reds in Salt Lake City, Utah. Weland dual plane aluminum intake manifold, a completely rebuilt Rochester quadrajet carburetor, it is equipped with a Powermaster gear driven starter, a new Powermaster 80 amp alternator, new Accel plug wires, new interstate heavy duty battery, engine is equipped with headman headers, flow master mufflers, a Summit recon 700-R4 transmission, a Hughes 168 tooth flex plate, standard stall torque convertor, new transmission yoke and u-joints, right side gas tank has been replaced with a new aftermarket one, With regular maintenance and regular care this engine and transmission should see many happy miles. The wheels are chromed American steel, the tires are Cooper Cobras. All dash gauges work including the clock. This Chevy C-10 is a rare find for the person that would like to have a C-10 they can drive right out of the box and not spend your cruise time working on it. I don't know the horse power output of this engine, but this C-10 can hold its own with the best of them. This pick-up is definitely a look see. All door weather stripping has been replaced with new aftermarket. This vehicle will not pass smog inspection in present configuration.
