Up for auction: 1971 Chevy Corvette convertible. Red with redinterior. Ihave some historyon this car, it was lady owned in Colorado Springs Co. from March of 1989 through a few months ago when she sold it to a Colorado Springs dealer who I purchased it from. She bought the car with 83k miles and it now has 103k miles. At 102k miles she spent over $1800.00 on various ignition, brake, vacuum, wiper and ignition upgrades. (I have receipts) Since I bought the car I have spent over $3600 on parts and labor including a new Al Knoch top, Corvette America seat covers and foams, various interior pieces, oem am-fm radio, rocker mldgs, fuel pump and too much more to mention. I have receipts for all money spent. The frame and birdcage are solid, the paint is about a 6or7 out of 10-Very presentable, thecar runs and drives very well-not a show car but a really good driver. The things that need attention: amp gauge and clock, fiber optics. The car is well optioned with power steering, brakes, tilt-telescopic, matching hardtop-no ac.Being a 45 year old car it issold as-is-no warranty. Thanks for looking!
