1964 CHEVROLET CORVETTE COUPE, MATCHING NUMBERS

For sale: 1964 CHEVROLET CORVETTE COUPE is a matching numbers vehicle. The build date was approximately April, 1964. I am the third owner (June 2007 to present). The second owner (1990 to 2007) did a frame off restoration in early 1990's-- Z-bart treatment removed. Frame was stripped and re-painted. Body had re-paint. 1st owner (1964 to 1990) put 40,000 miles on the vehicle, second owner added 5,000 miles, and third owner added9,500miles for a total of54,500 miles.

The vehicle is an original with all matching numbers. The only alteration installed was a set of factory side-pipes, but all the original exhaust parts and panels were saved. The original parts can easily be re-installed for stock appearance. This vehicle has been well maintained. It is a 327 V8 with 300HP.A complete engine rebuild with new clutch, re-ground flywheel, and related parts done in 2009 at 47,575 miles. All parts work, i.e. interior clock, gages, and radio. The engine runs great with al matching numbers block, carburetor, alternator, heads, and intake manifold. All documentation has been saved, along with history of sales, and registrations. There is also a 1964 Corvette Assembly Manual.
