The car is so rare because it was only produced from January through April of 1932. Sales didn't meet expectations because one could purchase a model with a rumble seat or a sedan for about the same price. Production of this car was discontinued along with the Phaeton. The car has a beautiful black lacquer paint job that is showing 40 year-old patina. The passenger side of the hood is checked as one can see in the photo. There are some small spiders in various places, but overall the paint is remarkable. The car is absolutely first rate, ready to show and is a hit wherever I go. All upgrades listed above are new, the car runs, drives and handles like a new car. A real classic hot rod.
