Car description

Sorry we had to end listing early and re-list as thebay does not recognize "Chevy'; only 'Chevrolet' so we did not get exposure with other 1957 vehicles. We were listed with 'Parts' not 'Vehicles'....That mistake is going to cost us $125 in 'end early fees'.

Here we have a 1957 Chevy Belair 4 door sedan project car for restoration, rat rod, or daily driver. As you can see, it has the rusty rocker syndrome. Also some in the floor right under the driver's and passenger feet. but the rest of body appears in pretty good shape. I don't think this one has been in any serious accidents judging by how straight the body panels, hood, trunk lid, and fenders are. The bumpers not so great but not junk. Underneath is a frame and suspension that appears excellent...Originally a V-8 283engine with powerglide transmission. Engine removed and NOT INCLUDED but the Powerglide remains intact on original frame mounts and I am also including the original radiator, transmission adaptor, Flexplate ring, special bolts, ect. So as someone can bolt in any 1955-1985 SBC to get the car on the road again. FAIR WARING: The brakes don't work needs a brake job, tires are dubious needs good tires, interior is pathetic needs redone but it is mostly all there. Good windshield and rear windo, drivers door window broke and pass window cracked. Anything that is missing like the glovebox lid, Hood V, small stainless trim piece; stolen by some ratsass.

As is-Where is, no warranty, what the pixs show is what it is. Clear title in my name number matches unmolested VIN tag and yes it's a VC coded Belair from Janesville. Vehicle and title released when paid in full. High bidder to pay $500 down non-refundable via Paypal within 12 hours or will repost. Pick-up with full payment in 14 days please. Ask questions & request more pixs BEFORE bidding, not after buying.
