1973 CHEVROLET MONTE CARLO LANDAUNO RESERVE! NO RESERVE! NO RESERVE! NO RESERVE! NO RESERVE!
RUNS ROUGH, DRIVES WELL; I DROVE IT THIRTY MILES RIGHT BEFORE POSTING THIS.
I WILL SELL THIS CAR AT THE STARTING BID. I WILL NOT CANCEL THE AUCTION FOR ANY REASON.
FACTORY AC - NEEDS TO BE SERVICED.
I JUST REPAIRED THE IGNITION & PUT A NEW BATTERY IN IT.
Original 350, Rear Endand Turbo 400 Transmission. All but 2 trim pieces (inside and out)are present and in decent shape or solid enough to be revived. One of which is aplastic piece for the passenger side front bumper and the other is the top part of thepassenger side interior window frame. Both inexpensive and easy to find. Vehicle specific Chilton, water-resistant cover & other resources come with the vehicle for your convenience.
THIS CAR NEEDS NEW LIFTERS & EITHER AN ALTERNATOR REBUILD OR REPLACEMENT.
This vehicle was recently a Father & Son driver project. It has been outfitted with an aftermarket carburetor (Edelbrok)and exhaust systemthat have both been installed adequately and recently assessed. The interior panels, dash, gauges etc. are all in fairly pristine condition which make for an enjoyable ride; it's incredibly responsive and does not squeak or creak as it goes over bumps.
The paint is from a repaint from 10+ years ago. It is not the original GM green that it came from the factory. The seats are in fairly decent shape but could either be patched in some places or reupholstered with NOS material. It would be a great project for a beginner to cut their teeth on.
It has 34k on the Odometer and was represented to me as 134k.
These cars are picking up value and this one is very straight with no real rust only commensurate fading and cracking at the edges of paint.
This vehicle has a superb suspension. It does not squeak when you hit bumps or when the body shifts.
Please do not bid if you are not familiar with purchasing vehicles as is & where is. I will work with you to get this vehicle where it needs to be so you can bid with confidence.
Please call206-556-2501 with questions about the vehicle. Local showings are possible by appointment.
I own this vehicle free and clear and have a title in hand. I'm selling it for less than I bought it for because I've been paying for storage and no longer want to put the work into it. It's a good car that needs a good owner.
