Car description |
---|
This has been a driver quality, every day, work truck for our business. As they all are, this has been a labor of love/work in progress. Still has the original 235 inline 6 that the old owner stated was rebuilt back in early 1970s. It has been a fantastic advertising tool/work truck for our business for the past 4 years. I really do hate to say good-bye to this old girl. We simply need a bigger truck for our plumbing business. Time allowing, I would not think twice about driving this across country; with the newly installed 5 speed overdrive transmission cruising at 80 MPH @ 2000 RPM it would not be a problem. It has been very dependable/reliable.
This old girl is always a conversation starter. Always draws a LOT of attention. People are always rubber necking to get a better look. Please understand that she is 63 years old. She does need a fair amount of attention and love still. But she will be well worth the time/energy/money that it would take to complete her.
Work that has been done:
