1968 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu 5.0L, 4 Door, 2 speed power glide transmission

I’m selling a 1968 Chevelle Malibu. 4 door with an original 307 V8. 2 barrel carb with a 2 speed power glide transmission. headers and true dual exhaust with chrome tips. It belonged to my husband before he passed. It is all original except for the radio. He was the third owner. and was given the car as gift from his father. The Chevelle has been in the family from day one. The car has never been past Virginia so salt is no issue. It has always resided in the south. When he received the car. the air conditioning was not working so I’m not sure of its potential. The compressor is still installed but he never messed with trying to get it to work. It has the original style 14” steel rims with factory hub caps. A few pieces of chrome trim are missing but the body is in good shape. It needs a paint job. There is surface rust on the body. but no holes. The interior is good except the front seat needs to be recovered or replaced. This car would make a great restoration or sleeper.
