I bought this car from a close family member in April 2006 and am the third owner of this car. He purchased this car in 1988 from the original owner and began the restoration process. I purchased it mid-restoration and finished it. This car has had a complete body off restoration. It has the original floor pans and sheet metal with the exception of (2) NOS front fenders. There are many new parts along with restored original parts. The car was finished in 2009. It has always been stored inside and has only been caught in the rain 4 or 5 times. My wife and I drive it to local car shows here in East Tennessee and Western North Carolina. It runs and drives great.
Only known issues:1. The undercarriageneeds to be cleaned (detailed).2. When sitting long periods of time, the transmission leaks fluid from the linkage seals. I just don't drive it enough.
I have extra parts to be included with the car if it sells for my reserve price......Original radiator...(1) set of brake shoes machined to fit drums...(1) pair of NOS Trico wiper blades...New polyurethane bushing set for front end....New bolt kit for front end....New after market rear seat belts to match front belts....New Danchuk steel powder coated fan shroud.
Auction may end at any time if sold prior. If you have questions feel free to call (865) 201-5180
