The Canadian Built for Canada 1966 Malibu SS In Canada the SS was more of a trim level than a drive train. In Canada they made do with only 2 series. A simplified drive train choice and fewer interior options. As for the Malibu SS, it was the means that got you bucket seats in your 135 or 136 series Malibu Sports Coupe or Convertible.
