Car description

Beautiful 1972 Chevy Cheyenne K10 4x4 Pickup. I have owned this truck for over 13 years and in that time this truck has been gone through from one end to the other. It's been a Colorado truck all of its life and had minimal rust, that has been cut out and patched wherever it was found. Nearly everything on this truck has been either serviced, repaired or replaced as needed. The engine is a 350 with a mild cam and has ~40k miles on it. Throttle Body Injection has been added to enhance drive-ability, performance, and economy. The transmission is a Muncie SM465 (4 spd) followed by a NP205 T-case. The drivetrain is in excellent shape and has been well cared for. The wheels have been upgraded to 17 inch black steel rims and with 285/70R17,Load Rating E,BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A tires, with less than 200 miles. The seating has been upgraded to beige leather power seats with integral shoulder belt. The tank, behind the seat has been removed and a new 25 gallon tank installed under the bed behind the rear axle. The area behind the seats, where the fuel tank was, has had custom carpeted panels made and installed for an attractive finished look. The lower portions of the body (below the lower body moldings) have been coated with a color matched urethane bed liner for added durability and protection. This truck drives as nice as it looks. It's in excellent shape and condition, a real beauty, but not a show truck. All the work completed is top quality but was not intended as show quality. She's a truck that could be used and driven daily if so desired. There are a few minor things to bring to your attention; The driver seat has minor wear on two of the panels as you climb into the seat, the stake bed rails have a bit of the clear finish peeling, there is no radio installed, the windshield has some minor pitting and is starting to get a slightly milky haze along the lower edge of the glass. The speedometer was inoperable when I took possessionof this truck. It showed 96,000 miles when I got it and it had not worked for a little over a year. I estimate that the truck has 120k to 130k miles on her. Please remember, this is a 44 year old truck. I am representing it as accurately as I can based on my knowledge and have tried to give as much information and detail as possible. Look closely at the pictures and ask questions. Contact me through ebay with any questions and I will give you my contact information. I have a lot more pictures and am willing to answer any questions and/or provide pictures as requested. It is being sold without warranty and as is... I am selling this truck locally as well and reserve the right to end the action at any time.
